Economic and Social Research Council Studentships
| Description |
Description
Advanced Course studentships are available through the UK Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
ESRC studentships can cover fees, maintenance, dependants' allowances and other expenses, depending on the student's situation, circumstances and type of award. You may supplement scholarships with other types of funding or grants where the Award does not meet the necessary requirements.
Conditions attaching to the ESRC Studentship Awards Scheme include:
- You may make one application only
- At the date of application for a studentship you must have been a resident in Great Britain throughout the three-year period preceding the date of your application for a studentship. No part of your residency during that three-year period will have been wholly or mainly for the purpose of receiving full-time education, and you are settled in the UK in accordance with current immigration laws
Application forms and information for these awards can be obtained from the ESRC website. Students are requested not to contact the ESRC. All applications must be made via the University.
