Biography

I hold a joint appointment in the School of Management and the School of Education at the Centre for Higher Education Management and Policy Studies at Southampton (CHEMPaS). Before joining the University in March of 2009, I was awarded a Ph.D. degree from Peabody School of Education at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, USA in August of 2008. Prior to my doctoral studies I received a Master's degree in Economic Development from the Department of Economics at Vanderbilt and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Theory from Kharkiv National University of Economics in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
